Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receipt, without stating a reason.

Return requests are submitted through your personal Lightspeed customer account or via e-mail at [email protected].

After registration, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in good condition.
• The product is returned in the original packaging where possible.
• The full purchase amount has been paid.

Refund or solution

• The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt of the return.
• NT Mobiel offers repair or replacement after agreement.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are for the customer, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery by NT Mobiel.

Warranty

• Electronic devices include a 1-year warranty.
• Accessories such as phone cases are excluded.

Depreciation

Damage to the product or excessive packaging damage results in a deduction for loss of value.

Deadlines
